Orkest Phion moves between cities, audiences, and programmes. That constant shift creates a structural challenge: without a strong system, every campaign risks starting from zero. Recognition becomes inconsistent, and brand value dissipates over time. The answer was not to add more visual elements, but to rethink how the identity behaves. We built the system on the logic of music itself: a composition is never fixed, but comes to life through interpretation. The identity follows that same principle.
